are some of our efforts toward employee satisfaction.
- An engagement survey developed by the Gallup
Organization soliciting feedback about your experiences
at work. The hospital’s overall scores
have increased 7.5% between April and December!)
- Follow-up meetings with staff to find out what
the organization can do to simplify and improve
your job.
- Employees are given ways, such as employee forums,
to speak directly with company leadership to share
thoughts on our organization and its direction.
- A safe culture. Our organization is working
hard to create an open, safe culture, where less-than-ideal
situations are recognized to be most often a failure
in the process, which can be improved.
